Main Responsibilities

As a Retail Security Officer you will provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and collaborate with local authorities.

• Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity
• Assess and identify vulnerabilities, working proactively to minimise risk
• Liaise with management and local authorities when applicable
• Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress
• Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with customer company policy
• Digitally report incidents and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning
• Produce detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities
