Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Project Management skills: as primary liaison between *** and Customer Accounts, the manager will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling
o Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate coordinated scheduling
o Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
o Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
o Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule, instructions, etc.)
o Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change Management)
o Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company location
o Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
o Document account statuses, provide Quality record
