Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to collaborate with classroom personnel in developing, implementing, and monitoring educational and clinical programs that support occupational therapy goals for students K-8th grade with autism and related disabilities. This role focuses on delivering effective therapy interventions, fostering student independence, and ensuring alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs) and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members using various modes while adhering to ethical and legal standards (AOTA Code of Ethics, FERPA).
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and IEP team to develop, implement, and monitor measurable, age-appropriate therapy goals.
