We are seeking a highly effective
Contract Recruitment Sourcer
to support our talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. This role is focused on research and sourcing, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases, and sourcing automation platforms. You will identify and deliver qualified candidate profiles directly to the recruitment team.
This is a remote contract position with clear performance expectations and a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and talent-market understanding.
