Description
As a Claim Team Inside Sales at ASUS, you will drive and oversee order review, chargeback processing, 2nd level customer inquiries, transportation claim, and workflow improvement. You will need to have a good understanding of US retail online operations and work closely with cross functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and Business Planning. You will take the lead to minimize company losses, improve business processes, and enhance customer satisfaction level. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist HQ team in Asia and communicate with sales representative/customer for North American customer accounts
Check and monitor on accounts A/R deductions to ensure the credit processed
Escalate and coordinate between departments to solve aging and help A/R close the book
Handle HQ team issue between sales and customer on daily basis inquiries
