• Create graphics, animations, and edited video and sound that bring our creative work to life
• Design and produce motion graphics for video deliverables across web, mobile, and learning modules — on-brand, on-spec, polished
• Tell stories visually, with a real sense of pacing and feel
• Develop storyboards and animatics in pre‑production
• Contribute UI/UX thinking where projects need it
• Keep design consistency across all collaterals — brand‑aligned and error‑free
• Manage and maintain graphic files, photos, video assets, and brand libraries
