Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced RTSM Project Manager (IRT) to support the design, configuration, and ongoing management of RTSM systems for global clinical trials. This individual will play a critical role in translating study protocols into system configurations and ensuring successful execution throughout the study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
 • Lead end-to-end RTSM/IRT configuration and design for assigned clinical trials
 • Translate clinical study protocols into functional system requirements and configurations
 • Configure and manage:
  ○ Patient randomization logic
  ○ Treatment assignment (e.g., blinded, crossover, cohort-based)
  ○ Drug supply and resupply strategies
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, biostats, supply chain) to ensure accurate system setup
