The role is primarily remote; however, it requires someone who is willing and able to report onsite or represent the Recruitment team in person when necessary.

This may include:

• Meetings with clients and executive leadership who are onsite
• Marketing linkages & Recruitment hiring events or job fairs
• HR & L&D onsite onboarding/training sessions
• Service interruptions
• Corporate Engagement and Company events (e.g., Anniversary Party, Year-End, Other official ceremonies)
• Other urgent matters or activities where leadership representation is necessary
