As a product-centric Staff Android Engineer on the Reputation Clients team at Airbnb, you’ll play a critical role in partnering with our product and design leads to drive our Quality-focused initiatives. This domain spans across evergreen workstreams focused on Standards enforcement, as well as major release headliners that revamp our Insights and Host/Guest Performance experiences. You’ll work with other engineers to define, build, and shape the future of Airbnb’s Listings and Quality related product flows, such as reviews, performance insights, and supply onboarding and management. The team is highly collaborative with its partners in design, product, data science, legal, and marketing to deliver features and experiences used by millions of people. We work closely with other engineering teams to ensure we build systems that are performant and configurable with architecture that's scalable and robust.
