As a Support Consultant, you will deliver Tier 2 technical assistance to clients using Esri Canada's Assessment solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with various internal teams to resolve complex support cases and enhance service delivery. Your proactive mindset will be key in a dynamic support environment to ensure users effectively utilize GAMA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 support for Assessment Analyst® GAMA
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose customer issues
• Manage support cases using Salesforce Service Cloud

• Contribute to support documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer or technical support experience
