Job Description
Boiler Attendant Responsibilities - Operate and monitor biomass-fired boilers and associated auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and record operating parameters, alarms and abnormalities.
- Perform start-up, shutdown and housekeeping activities in accordance with operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance personnel to ensure reliable plant operation.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and report equipment defects or process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Participate in shift work and emergency response activities as required.
Requirements - Possess a valid Singapore Class 1 or Class 2 Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by MOM.
- Relevant experience in power generation, process plants, waste-to-energy, or industrial boiler operations is preferred.
