Job Description

SOVOS is seeking a RenewalsSpecialist to join our newly created Renewals organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing renewals for SaaS customer accounts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role.

Job Responsibilities

Develop Internal and External Relationships:

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within our Customers
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
  • Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal

Drive Renewal Upsell Opportunities:

  • Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories

Manage Negotiations and Account Issues:
