The Repair Engineer initiates and develops new repairs on aero-engine components.

• Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.
• New machine and process qualifications
• Process improvements to improve process robustness, process efficiency and repair yield
• First Article inspection Reports
• Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Production team
• Actively participate and support continuous improvement / Kaizen projects
• Multi-task other engineering-related duties as assigned.
• Comply with the company & health and safety rules and regulations.
