Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of repair technicians to ensure all repair and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Develop and implement repair and maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and systems are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and minimize disruptions to operations
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment
• Ensure all repair and maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations
• Train and mentor new repair technicians on proper procedures and techniques
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities
• Communicate with management to provide updates on repairs, maintenance, and any potential issues
