You will support the Project Lead day‑to‑day and step up to lead the contract when needed while keeping operations safe, compliant and on track across Voids, Disrepair, Day‑to‑Day Repairs and Planned Works.

What You’ll Do

• Run an efficient operation — optimise resources and embed practical policies and procedures that hit contract requirements and KPIs.
• Own the workflow — make sure all work orders land within target dates and that multi‑trade jobs are booked correctly (right trades, right time, pre‑inspections when needed).
• Lead people & partners — coach, support and performance‑manage our administrators, operatives and sub‑contractors so everyone knows their targets and delivers.
