Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously, promptly, and professionally.
  • Ensure first‑call resolution by troubleshooting and effectively handling calls.
  • Investigate systems to locate missing information as appropriate; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when necessary.
