We are looking for a dedicated Reprographic & Cover Manager to join our friendly, supportive team at Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust from September 2026.

About the role:

This role will require you to supervise the learning of whole classes during the absence of the class teacher and involve you providing a comprehensive reprographics and resource management service to the Academy.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cover:

  • Plan, manage and allocate daily cover for absent staff and ensure the appropriate cover work is provided.
  • Line manage Cover Supervisors and casual supply teachers 
  • Support the Cover Supervisors with any training and undertake the annual appraisal process.
