Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and accounts reporting.
- Lead, minor and manage a hybrid accounting team, fostering collaboration across in-office and remote staff.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to Management & nit Heads.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal audit requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Partner with CFO and department heads on budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline accounting workflows and reporting efficiency
Requirements - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership
