Job Description
Maintain and update accurate financial records using Tally software (Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9). Perform daily data entry for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances on a regular basis. Generate and manage invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and GST-compliant reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, VAT, and other statutory requirements as per Indian regulations. Support the accounting team in audit preparation and documentation. Resolve discrepancies in accounts promptly and maintain a high level of accuracy. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely processing of transactions. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times.
