Performance Management & Progression: Instituting scalable, data-driven performance evaluation frameworks, OKR/KPI structures, and succession planning roadmaps.

Business Partnering (HRBP): Serving as a trusted advisor to departmental heads, providing strategic HR interventions, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching.
