Job Description
Collect, validate, and clean manufacturing data from ERP, MES, and production systems. Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE, throughput, yield, defect rates, and downtime. Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in production data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights. Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Prepare executive summaries and data-driven presentations for management review. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal audit and reporting standards. Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and best practices in manufacturing data reporting.
