Requirements Manager (High Speed Rail)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Requirements Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the requirements process for the Client for a major Rail project in the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading and managing the requirements management process for large-scale Rail projects, with the ability to clearly define, document, verify, validate, and maintain traceability of business, functional, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate should be capable of acting as the lead interface between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring contractual compliance and the successful fulfilment of Client requirements during contract execution and engineering delivery.
