Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and niche life sciences talent channels.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for roles across pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, and medical affairs domains.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
