We are looking for a Research Assistant I in the Faculty of Dentistry.
The Role
The appointee will support the operations, administration and technical functions of the Haptics Simulation Laboratory and Simulation Laboratory. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and coordinating the laboratory bookings, teaching schedules, research activities and faculty visits;Acting as the primary on-site “super user” of the simulator systems, and providing technical and administrative support to students and faculty members for research, teaching and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities;Performing routine system checks, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of simulators and equipment, and liaising with vendors on software updates, maintenance and procurement;Monitoring the consumable supplies and ha...
