Key Responsibilities - Operate CVD and high-vacuum systems for semiconductor growth.
- Develop and optimise growth processes based on experimental and characterisation results.
- Perform wafer characterisation using optical microscopy, AFM, CāV, Hall and XRD.
- Plan, execute and troubleshoot experiments and equipment issues.
- Perform and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of laboratory tools.
