The Acoustic Research Laboratory (ARL) undertakes research projects in the area of underwater acoustics and marine robotics. The Research Engineer will undertake research on underwater acoustic propagation modeling, with a focus on integrating data‑driven techniques with physics‑based mathematical modeling. Some background in mathematical physics, especially acoustic propagation modeling, would be preferred.
