Project Title : Development of a Framework for Assessment of Organisational Social Impact

Project Summary : The SUSS Sustainability Committee is seeking a Research Fellow to support a project on assessment of organisational maturity in social impact. The project aims to design and validate a Social Impact Maturity and Effectiveness Framework—a comprehensive tool for assessing how businesses and non-profit organisations in Singapore create and enhance social impact. Using mixed methods (focus groups, surveys, and interviews), the study will develop self-assessment, stakeholder, and independent assessor evaluation instruments that help organisations benchmark and strengthen their social sustainability practices. The appointment is expected to last one year, subject to satisfactory performance and project needs.
