• Identify Top Producing Accounts ensure proper recognition by Reservation staff
• Follow up on tentative sales bookings with respective Sales Manager to update status.
• Ensure group files are accurate and kept current and requirements are entered accurately from the sales booking sheet.
• Ensure group room blocks are released to general inventory after group’s cut-off dates or cancellation.
• Ensure rooming lists are input accurately into the PMS system.
• Follow up on any no‑show from group bookings and liaise with respective Sales Manager on the non‑arrival charges.
• Monitor and coordinate with sales department on close‑out for agent freesale and allotment.
• Monitor daily reservation activities and communicate status with the team and training for staff
• Assist to manage and guide Reservations staff in performing all job functions; good product knowledge, upselling.
