Reservation Supervisor (m/w/d) – befristet bis Ende Wintersaison 2027/28

Das Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz is a 5‑Star Superior‑Luxushotel located at 1 856 m in the Bündner Alps, designed by Carlo Rampazzi. As one of the four properties of “The Tschuggen Collection AG”, the hotel features 60 individually designed suites and rooms, stylish restaurants including the Michelin‑starred Da Vittorio and the Grand Restaurant, and an impressive 1 200 m² spa. Responsibilities

• Meticulous entry and management of guest and reservation data in the Protel hotel software.


• Acceptance and processing of all individual reservations, system bookings, cancellations, and changes.
