Job Description

Working Hour: 24/7 (5Days work, 2 days OFF)

Salary: 4500RM (All in packages)

  • Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
  • Modify or cancel bookings, manage special requests
  • Be the key liaison between guests and hotels to resolve concerns
  • Deliver outstanding service while supporting hotel partners

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
  • Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
  • Experience in customer care or the hotel industry
  • Able to work rotating shifts (monthly)
