- Handle reservation-related inquiries (pre & post) via phone and email
- Modify or cancel bookings, manage special requests
- Be the key liaison between guests and hotels to resolve concerns
- Deliver outstanding service while supporting hotel partners
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication in English and Cantonese
- Strong problem-solving & commercial thinking
- Experience in customer care or the hotel industry
- Able to work rotating shifts (monthly)
