Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a National Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer working on bulk water supply projects.

Professional Registration with ECSA/SACPCMP would be advantageous.

Must be proficient in interpreting engineering plans.
