Responsibilities

The Building Controls Engineer (or Building Control Systems Site Resident Engineer) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning of building management and control systems on-site, ensuring that M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems function efficiently, meet design specifications, and integrate seamlessly with the overall building automation system.

• Oversee on-site installation and integration of control systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of control systems and related infrastructure to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
