Resident Field Mechanic Heavy Equipment (Dallas Area)

$35$45/hr + Service Truck + Full Benefits

Were hiring a resident field mechanic based in the Dallas area to work on some seriously heavy-duty industrial equipment think massive wood grinders and chippers that dont quit. This isnt light-duty wrenching. Its real work, with real machines, out in the field.

What the job looks like

  • Youll be out on job sites handling diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on large industrial equipment

  • Expect a mix of hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics (not much engine teardown work)

  • Engines are primarily Caterpillar solid, reliable, and familiar if youve been around heavy gear


  • MondayFriday role, but theres regular travel (some overnight, occasional international passport helps)
