Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Social Housing
Derbyshire
£19.05per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy social housing contract across Derbyshire.


The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact between residents and site teams, ensuring tenants are kept fully informed throughout planned maintenance and refurbishment works.


Requirements:

  • Previous Resident Liaison Officer experience within social housing

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience working on planned works or refurbishment programmes

  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents and contractors

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence preferred

    • This is an ongoing contract opportunity with an immediate start available.
