Internal Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishmentsBathroom pod installationsOccupied social housing propertiesLong-term frameworks with Southern Housing and Enfield Council Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the main point of contact for residentsBooking appointments and managing accessHandling resident queries and complaintsProviding regular updates throughout the worksSupporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements:
