Role: Resident Liaison Officer

Hourly rate: £19.05

Build recruitment are proudly working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for a Resident Liaison Officer working on an exciting Retrofit contract.

Day to day duties:Responding to residents’ questions and concerns through email, phone, or in-person home visits

Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents to ensure smooth project progress and resident satisfaction

Addressing any issues that may arise

Skills and experience required:

Asbestos awareness

Experience in social housing

Must be car driver and car owner

Has experience working on a Retrofit contract
