Schedule: FULL-TIME

• Monday - Friday at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $37 - 40 / hour, depending on experience Location and travel: 60% based at Salishan Gardens location, 40% travelling to support other communities across the greater WA/OR and surrounding areas. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, psychology, human services, recreation therapy, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• 1-2 years of experience in social services, resident services, case management, affordable housing, senior services, or a related setting.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience, providing work direction to resident services, social services, case management, or human services staff. Ability to lead, coach, support, and develop team members in a multi-site environment.
