Residential Care Facilitator, On Call #841 LifeWorks NW's Project Network program is a residential program with a focus on the African American community for women in recovery dealing with alcohol/drug issues who are with their small children. The Residential Care Facilitator provides monitoring, structure, and support. Position supervises residents and chores, provides staffing and oversight, and reports any problems that occur to clinical staff. This position requires each staff to be able to do observable UA's (urinalysis). Because of this requirement for this specific position, this program is only able to hire women.
