Role Overview
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team by managing staff, resources, and the day-to-day operations of the home. You will also work directly with children and young people, contributing to their care, safety, and personal development. Shift pattern: 7am - 11pm | Sleep-in | 7am - 8am handover. Candidates must hold or be working towards NVQ Level 3 or 4, or be willing to do so.
Main Responsibilities
- To work with children and young people according to their individual needs, providing focused support as planned and directed.
- To assist in coordinating and managing activities to ensure safe, consistent care that meets the needs of the children.
