Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Act as the primary lead during the Tender phase, managing RFIs, builder coordination, and client expectations.
• Oversee the construction phase, including site work, claims management, and seamless trade coordination.
• Manage the furnishing and styling components to ensure a cohesive, high-end final result.
• Produce excellent construction documentation to ensure joinery and documentation meet exacting standards.
