Residential Real Estate Valuations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential real estate valuations using standard methodologies (comparables, DCF, residual, income approach)
• Build and maintain valuation models in Excel
• Support divestment strategy with market analysis, pricing recommendations, and scenario modeling
• Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Track residential market trends, comparable transactions, and pricing benchmarks across target geographies
• Partner with the commercial team to align valuations with go-to-market strategy
• Contribute to repricing exercises on the existing portfolio

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in real estate valuations, with strong focus on residential assets
