Working hours:
Full-time (Monday-Friday), can consider Part-time (min 3-day week) Flexible (Control of your own dairy) Office-Based Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
Basic salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) Between 10-14% on personal net billings Option of commission-only salary, earning 36% on personal billings (MRICS) Car Allowance and Mileage 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 3 days over Christmas Period Contributions toward RICS costs’ (i.e. memberships, CPD courses and exams) Can progress to the director level, receiving further benefits
