The Resource Coordinator role is a key part of our Disability Community Service, supporting people to live independently in their own communities.
In this varied, people focused role, you’ll lead and support a team of Community Support Workers. You'll oversee day‑to‑day operations including recruitment, rostering, training,orientation and task allocation ensuring your team is well‑equipped to deliver high quality, person‑centred support. You will be a key point of connection for staff, the people we support, and their whanau/family, making sure support plans are clear, effective and consistently delivered. Your ability to bring people, planning and resources together will be essential to ensuring great outcomes for everyone involved.
Hours : This role is full‑time permanent based in Palmerston North working 80 hours per fortnight Monday to Friday
