We are currently recruiting for an experienced Responsive Repairs Manager to join a well-established social housing provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused professional to lead an in-house repairs team delivering responsive maintenance and disrepair works across a residential housing portfolio.
As Responsive Repairs Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of responsive repairs operations, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will manage operatives, supervisors, scheduling, contractor performance, and disrepair cases, while driving service improvements and ensuring excellent tenant satisfaction.Your new role
