Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and guide service staff to ensure efficient and professional service
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to guest enquiries and feedback promptly
  • Maintain service quality and ensure compliance with the restaurant’s service standards and procedures
  • Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower allocation
