Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations.
- Ensure smooth service during lunch, dinner, happy hour, sports events, and live entertainment nights.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.
