Main Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house restaurant operations Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously Take food and beverage orders accurately Recommend menu items, wines, and beverages to guests Assist in handling guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before and during operations Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Train and guide junior service staff when required Monitor table arrangements and dining reservations Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations Handle POS transactions and cashiering duties when required Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety standards Maintain service quality and operational efficiency during peak periods Assist management in inventory control and stock checking when required Knowledge of Italian dining s...
