Minimum requirements and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years experience in restaurant management
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
- Own transport
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality
Responsibilities:
- Business Management: Responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and managing restaurant and bar staff.
- Customer service: Overseeing customer service to ensure a positive dining experience and handling complaints or issues.
- Inventory and stock management: Managing stock ordering and levels to ensure ingredients are always available and costs are controlled.
