Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Qualification in Hospitality or Food Service Management
  • 2–3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or 5 star environment
  • Wine certification or strong wine knowledge preferred
  • Previous fine dining experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with high end clientele
  • Good knowledge of food and wine
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Good planning and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and related dining areas
  • Ensure guests receive excellent service at all times
