What you’ll do - Lead daily operations end-to-end
- Own the floor — from service flow and guest experience to team briefings and shift handovers.
- Drive sales performance — identify upselling opportunities and coach your team to do the same — consistently and naturally.
- Manage and develop your team — hire, train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff. Set the standard for service excellence every shift.
- Maintain outlet standards — ensure the dining environment is always guest‑ready — clean, welcoming, and aligned with the Abundance brand.
